2. Service Description

Dubai Adventure Pass provides a comprehensive platform for booking adventure experiences, attraction tickets, and tours in Dubai. Our services include:

• Online booking platform for Dubai's top attractions and experiences
• Access to exclusive deals and promotional offers, including our special 50% discount on first bookings made within one hour
• Digital ticket delivery and management system
• Customer support for booking inquiries and assistance
• Curated selection of thrill rides, desert tours, and sky-high attractions

We act as an intermediary between customers and attraction operators, facilitating bookings and providing a seamless experience for adventure seekers.

3. Booking and Purchase Terms

3.1 Booking Process

When you book tours online or buy attraction tickets through our platform, you enter into a binding agreement to purchase the selected services. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from the respective attraction operators.

3.2 Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated. Prices include applicable taxes and fees unless specified otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.

3.3 Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed during checkout. All payments are processed securely through our certified payment partners. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Cancellation by Customer

Cancellation policies vary depending on the specific attraction or tour booked. Generally, the following terms apply:

• More than 48 hours before scheduled date: Full refund minus processing fee (5% of booking value)
• 24-48 hours before scheduled date: 50% refund of booking value
• Less than 24 hours before scheduled date: No refund available
• No-show: No refund available

Some attractions and experiences may have different cancellation policies, which will be clearly stated at the time of booking. Special promotional bookings may have stricter cancellation terms.

4.2 Cancellation by Operator

If an attraction or tour is cancelled by the operator due to weather conditions, maintenance, or other unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule to an alternative date at no additional cost.

4.3 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

5. User Responsibilities

5.1 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

5.2 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the booking process. This includes personal details, contact information, and payment details. Providing false information may result in booking cancellation without refund.

5.3 Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to make bookings through our platform. For certain attractions with age restrictions, you must ensure that all participants meet the minimum age requirements specified by the attraction operator.

5.4 Compliance with Rules

When participating in booked activities, you must comply with all safety rules, regulations, and instructions provided by attraction operators. Failure to comply may result in denial of service without refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

Dubai Adventure Pass acts as an intermediary platform connecting customers with attraction operators. While we strive to ensure the quality and safety of listed experiences, we are not responsible for:

• The actual provision of services by third-party attraction operators
• Any injuries, accidents, or incidents that occur during booked activities
• Changes to attraction schedules, closures, or operational modifications
• Quality of service provided by third-party operators
• Loss or damage to personal property during activities

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific booking in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Dubai Adventure Pass website, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of Dubai Adventure Pass or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from our website without our express written permission. Unauthorized use may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

Dubai Adventure Pass shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these terms if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published on our website, constitute the entire agreement between you and Dubai Adventure Pass regarding your use of our services. These terms supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
